Acceptable Use

askasgard.ai is provided for legitimate, lawful purposes. Users agree not to:

• Attempt to breach security or gain unauthorized access
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
• Engage in credential stuffing or automated abuse
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary information

Prohibited Content

You must not use askasgard.ai to create or distribute:

• Illegal content or content that facilitates illegal activity
• Content that exploits or harms children
• Harassment, abuse, or hate speech
• Non-consensual intimate content
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Misinformation intended to deceive or manipulate

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using askasgard.ai. However, you grant Asgard Labs a license to use your content for service improvement and analytics. Do not submit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

Abuse & Suspension

Asgard Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these rules. Suspension may be temporary or permanent depending on the severity of the violation.

Fair Use

Excessive usage that impacts service quality for other users may result in rate limiting or access restrictions. We maintain usage limits to ensure fair access for all users.

If you discover abuse or violations of these rules, please report them to Asgard Labs. We take all reports seriously and investigate thoroughly.

Enforcement

Asgard Labs has sole discretion to enforce these rules and may take any action deemed necessary to maintain service integrity and user safety.
