1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of askasgard.ai ("the Platform") and all AI Tools available through it. This AUP supplements and forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP.
2. General Principles
You must use the Platform responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws. The Platform provides powerful AI capabilities, and with that comes a responsibility to use them appropriately.
3. Prohibited Content
You must not use the Platform to create, generate, upload, store, or distribute:
- Content that is illegal or facilitates illegal activity in any jurisdiction.
- Content that exploits, endangers, or sexualises minors in any way.
- Content that constitutes harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threats of violence.
- Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or national origin).
- Non-consensual intimate or explicit imagery or content.
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or trade secrets.
- Deliberately false or misleading information intended to deceive, defraud, or manipulate.
- Content designed to impersonate real individuals without their consent.
- Malware, phishing content, or material designed to compromise computer systems.
- Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities.
4. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the AI models, system prompts, or proprietary algorithms.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform beyond normal usage patterns.
- Circumvent rate limits, access controls, usage quotas, or security measures.
- Share, sell, or redistribute your access code to unauthorised persons.
- Use the Platform to conduct any form of spam, phishing, or social engineering.
- Attempt to access other users' data, sessions, or workspaces.
- Use the Platform to generate content for the purpose of training competing AI models.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or services.
- Use the Platform in a way that violates professional or ethical codes applicable to your industry.
5. Responsible AI Use
When using AI-generated content from the Platform, you must:
- Review and verify all AI outputs before relying on them for important decisions.
- Not present AI-generated content as human-authored in contexts where doing so would be deceptive (e.g., academic submissions, sworn declarations).
- Comply with any disclosure requirements applicable to AI-generated content in your jurisdiction or industry.
- Not use AI outputs to make automated decisions that have legal or significant effects on individuals without appropriate human oversight.
6. Data and Privacy
When uploading or processing data through the Platform:
- Do not upload personal data of third parties without their consent or a lawful basis for processing.
- Do not upload highly sensitive data (health records, financial account numbers, government IDs) unless you fully understand and accept the associated risks.
- Comply with all applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR.
- Ensure any data you upload does not violate confidentiality obligations you owe to third parties.
7. Fair Use
Excessive usage that impacts service quality for other users may result in rate limiting or temporary access restrictions. We maintain usage limits to ensure fair and equitable access for all users. Specific limits may apply based on your access tier.
8. Reporting Violations
If you discover abuse or violations of this AUP, please report them to legal@asgard.world. We take all reports seriously and investigate thoroughly.
9. Enforcement
Violation of this AUP may result in:
- Warning and request to cease the violating behaviour.
- Temporary suspension of access.
- Permanent termination of access.
- Reporting to law enforcement where appropriate.
Asgard.World Ltd has sole discretion to enforce this AUP and determine appropriate action based on the severity and nature of the violation.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
